(KIẾN THỨC ) – In early May 1988, General Le Duc Anh, Minister of Defense, visited officers and soldiers at several islands in Vietnam’s Spratly Islands. Journalist Nguyen Viet Thai of the former Phu Khanh newspaper captured valuable photographs of the General during this trip.
